The check-in was a disaster, waiting an hour for a WhatsApp message while the manager rudely emphasized check-in times. The breakfast was fine, but I would have appreciated a room upgrade or a simple welcome gesture after such a nightmare. Woudl ve been nice if someone had cleaned the pool. Just couldn't give a good review.

The hotel has a beautiful garden, and the room was spacious for our family. The location by the water is great was great. We enjoyed our mornings with fresh coffee. The sunsets were fine.

In my wife's opinion, the breakfast service could be improved significantly.

Mi kasa tu kasa bacalar by nah hotels is a gem! It has direct access to the lagoon with its own dock, complete with hammocks and swings. The atmosphere is so serene. The staff was kind, especially benjamin. We loved the free paddle boards too!

This was just an appropriate option for a momentary visit in Bacalar with very good value for money. The pool area had a nice vibe, perfect for some relaxation after exploring. Consider bringing earplugs to manage the noise from the road.

The breakfast was simple but solid, lots of good fruit and fresh coffee to kickstart the day. That lagoon. Absolute beauty, and the staff arranged a private boat trip for us, definitely a highlight!

It wasn't cheap, but acceptable given the experience.

Queen Room with Garden View was super comfy. Air conditioning worked great. Loved the terrace with views! We enjoyed the foot massage at the spa and relaxed by the outdoor swimming pool. Breakfast was delicious, and having a kitchenette was a bonus. Perfect for family gatherings with lots of space. Really felt at home!

The food here was delicious! 😋 Plus, this place is just a short walk away from the lagoon. In the evening, a quick taxi ride will take you to the pier where you can find kayaks and paddleboards to enjoy. the location is super convenient for fun water activities!
